About the role

This position offers a diverse legal experience, handling a mixed caseload for high‑profile corporate and insurance clients. You will work under supervision within Keoghs' competency framework, focusing on litigated EL and PL matters.

Key responsibilities

• Day‑to‑day management of a litigated EL and PL caseload.
• Building and maintaining relationships with Keoghs clients.
• Assessing liability and quantum, and advising on case strategy.
• Identifying investigative avenues and collating evidence.
• Handling disclosure and preparing detailed witness statements.
• Proofing witnesses and marshaling expert evidence.
• Collaborating with the wider team to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Ensuring compliance with SRA Standards & Regulations and internal service standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience handling litigated EL and PL cases up to £25,000.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Ability to prioritise workload and maintain excellent attention to detail.
• Willingness to adapt and deliver the best outcomes for clients.

Required skills

• Experience with a case management system.
