F&B Attendant

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Food & Beverage Attendant to join our team at the Courtyard by Marriott Glasgow SEC. You will play a key part in delivering a seamless dining experience across breakfast, lunch and dinner services, as well as supporting the bar.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and maintain restaurant and bar routines and standards.
• Host guests during breakfast, lunch and dinner, ensuring prompt service.
• Prepare and serve drinks at the bar, including basic bartending tasks.
• Maintain a clean, picture‑perfect dining environment.
• Deliver food and beverages to guests as soon as they are ready.
• Continuously look for ways to improve service and product quality.

Required profile

• Friendly, always with a smile and positive energy.
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle stress.
• Previous experience in a restaurant setting, including table cleaning and plate handling.
• Team player who can inspire and support colleagues.

Required skills

• Basic bartending and drink service.
• Customer service and guest interaction.
