FCC Solutions Consultant – EMEA

About the role

As a Solutions Consultant you will partner with a high‑performing sales team to drive revenue for LexisNexis Risk Solutions across EMEA. You will act as a subject‑matter expert, delivering product demos, uncovering requirements and supporting customers through the sales cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end technical strategy for assigned opportunities, including solution architecture, data flow and integration design.
• Plan and deliver solution demonstrations and presentations tailored to customer personas and use cases.
• Coordinate RFP/RFI responses and proof‑of‑concepts, defining scope, acceptance criteria and timelines.
• Provide use‑case‑based training to the sales team and support project scoping for accurate pricing.
• Collaborate with professional services, product, marketing and other departments to ensure seamless implementation and up‑to‑date solution collateral.

Required profile

• Experience in pre‑sales, professional services or technical account management within a technology‑ or data‑focused organisation.
• Background in financial‑crime compliance, especially screening or trade compliance.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business terms.
• Highly motivated self‑starter with a proactive approach and public‑speaking experience.

Required skills

• Knowledge of payment message formats such as SWIFT and ISO 20022.
• Familiarity with JSON and XML data formats.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Postman, SOAP UI, Visio or Lucidchart.
• SQL and Oracle database experience.
