Female Care Assistant – Support for Young Woman

About the role

We are seeking a compassionate Female Care Assistant to support a young woman with complex learning disabilities, helping her live as independently as possible. The role involves delivering personalised practical, emotional and social support as part of a close‑knit team.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day assistance following a personalised care plan.
• Accompany the client to activities such as yoga, swimming, music therapy and outdoor adventures.
• Support meals, personal hygiene and daily routines.
• Facilitate communication using specialised techniques.
• Adapt to variable shift patterns, including days, nights or a mix of both.

Required profile

• Empathy, resilience and a positive mindset.
• Physical and mental stamina with a great sense of humour.
• Live within a commutable distance to Rickmansworth.
• Full right to work in the UK (no sponsorship offered).
• No prior care experience required.
