Female Complex Care Support Worker – Chichester

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Female Complex Care Support Worker to provide dedicated care for a 14‑year‑old male client with complex needs in the Chichester (PO20) area. The role involves night and weekend shifts, delivering person‑centred support in a home environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personal care, moving and handling assistance, and support daily living activities.
• Administer medication and manage PEG feeding according to care plans.
• Deliver chest physiotherapy and nebuliser treatments.
• Monitor and respond to seizures, ensuring safety and appropriate intervention.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with the multidisciplinary team.

Required profile

• Female candidate with at least 12 months of UK care experience.
• Compassionate, reliable and committed to person‑centred care.
• Driver preferred but not mandatory.
