About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Female Complex Care Support Worker to provide personalised care for a 17‑year‑old female client with complex needs in her own home in Portslade. The role involves delivering high‑quality personal care and supporting daily living activities in a compassionate and reliable manner.
Key responsibilities
- Provide personal care, including washing, dressing and toileting.
- Assist with moving and handling, ensuring safe transfers.
- Administer PEG feeding and monitor nutritional intake.
- Support the client with complex care needs throughout the scheduled shifts.
- Maintain accurate records of care activities and report any concerns.
Required profile
- Female candidate.
- Minimum 12 months of UK care experience.
- Experience supporting clients with complex care needs.
- Confidence in personal care and moving & handling.
- Driver preferred due to location.
- Compassionate, reliable and committed to high‑quality care.

What we offer
- Competitive hourly rate of £15‑£17.
- Fixed shifts: Mon & Wed 3 pm‑9 pm, Sat 10 am‑10 pm.
