About the role

We are launching a brand‑new Extra Care Service in Ashton‑under‑Lyne and are looking for compassionate female Support Workers to join our team. You will help older adults live vibrant, independent lives by providing personal care and emotional support in a respectful, person‑centred manner.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver respectful personal care and practical assistance to clients.
• Provide emotional support and encourage an active, fulfilling lifestyle.
• Promote independence and enhance quality of life for each individual.
• Collaborate with clients, families and other professionals to ensure coordinated care.

Required profile

• Warm‑hearted, adaptable and driven with a caring, respectful attitude.
• Female (occupational requirement) and eligible to work in the UK.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays as needed.
• Located in or willing to travel to Ashton‑under‑Lyne.
