Female PE Teacher – Short Term (5 weeks)

About the role

This temporary position is for a Female Physical Education Teacher to cover a planned five‑week absence starting 14 September. The role is full‑time, Monday to Friday, from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm, and will involve delivering both practical and theoretical lessons to mixed‑ability KS3 and KS4 classes.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging PE lessons for Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 pupils.
• Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a safe learning environment.
• Assess student progress and provide feedback.
• Collaborate with other staff to support the broader curriculum.

Required profile

• Qualified Physical Education teacher with experience teaching KS3 and KS4.
• Right to work in the UK (passport or birth certificate).
• Current, fully‑enhanced DBS or willingness to obtain one (cost reimbursed).
• CV covering at least ten years of education or employment history.
