Female Relief Support Worker

About the role

We are looking for a compassionate Female Relief Support Worker to join our Extra Care Service in Hattersley. This temporary, full‑time position involves providing personal and housing‑related support to older adults living in a modern 91‑apartment complex, while preserving their independence and dignity.

Key responsibilities

• Provide emotional and practical support to tenants.
• Deliver personal care, including assistance with daily living activities.
• Carry out household tasks such as cleaning and laundry.
• Administer medication safely and accurately.
• Encourage healthy lifestyles and community engagement.
• Promote independence, dignity, and inclusion within the local community.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and tenants to meet care plans.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 months paid experience in a similar care role.
• Female candidates only, as defined by the occupational requirement.
• Eligibility to work in the UK without sponsorship.
• Commitment to the welfare of older adults and a respectful attitude.
