Female Support Coordinator

About the role

Creative Support Ltd is seeking a motivated Female Support Coordinator to join its South Manchester mental health recovery services in Wythenshawe. The role can be full‑time or part‑time, with a minimum of 22.5 hours per week and a flexible rota planned well in advance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide practical assistance with daily living to individuals and families with mental health needs.
• Develop and deliver activities that promote wellbeing and independence.
• Support service users in moving towards long‑term, independent housing.
• Work within a senior leadership team, attending monthly meetings.
• Supervise and mentor staff where required.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic, organised and caring with strong leadership qualities.
• Experience in mental health or health and social care is desirable.
• Relevant qualification (e.g., QCF Diploma in Health and Social Care Level 2/3) is desirable.
• Ability to work flexibly on a rota and meet individual needs.
