Female Support Worker – Chertsey

About the role
We are looking for a Female Support Worker to join our Chertsey team, providing personalised care for adults with learning disabilities, Down syndrome and PICA. You will support individuals from the moment they wake up, ensuring their health, wellbeing and active participation in the community.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver high‑level personal care, including assistance with washing, dressing and toileting.
- Administer medication safely and accurately according to care plans.
- Support daily living activities such as meal preparation, shopping and household cleaning.
- Facilitate social and community outings, hobbies, arts and crafts, and visits to local cafés.
- Assist with managing finances and budgeting for the individuals you support.
- Promote independence while maintaining dignity and respect at all times.
Required profile
- Female (occupational requirement).
- Full UK manual driving licence.
- Willingness to work a 39‑hour weekly rota, including shift work.
- Commitment to delivering compassionate, person‑centred care.
