About the role

Thera East is seeking a compassionate Female Support Worker to join our inclusive team in Witham, Essex. This part‑time permanent position involves supporting adults with learning disabilities to achieve their personal goals and live independently.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personalised daily support, including skill development, personal care and emotional assistance.
• Assist individuals with household management, leisure activities, employment pursuits and community travel.
• Adapt support plans to each person’s unique needs and aspirations.
• Work both in the client’s home and in community settings, ensuring safety and dignity.
