Female Support Worker

About the role

We are seeking a compassionate Female Support Worker to provide 1:1 care for a 29‑year‑old woman with an acquired brain injury in Coppull. You will support her both at home and in the community, helping her live an independent and fulfilling life.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver personal care and assistance with daily living tasks.
• Provide mobility support, including wheelchair transfers.
• Support decision‑making and encourage participation in social activities.
• Accompany the client to community outings, shopping trips and other spontaneous activities.
• Maintain accurate records of care provided.

Required profile

• Confident in moving and handling, including wheelchair transfers.
• Experience supporting individuals with complex care needs.
• Full UK driving licence (manual or automatic) with access to a vehicle.
• Excellent communication skills.

• Above‑market pay rate of £15 per hour (PAYE), inclusive of holiday pay.
