Female Support Worker

About the role
The Camden Society is seeking a compassionate Female Support Worker to join our inclusive team in Abingdon. You will provide person‑centred support to adults with learning disabilities, helping them achieve personal goals and live independently.
Key responsibilities
- Assist individuals in developing new skills and managing daily routines.
- Provide personal, emotional, and practical support at home or in the community.
- Help plan and organise leisure activities, employment opportunities, and travel.
- Support individuals in maintaining their own homes and pursuing personal interests.
Required profile
- Compassionate, caring, confident and resilient.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self‑starter with high motivation and a professional attitude.
- Eagerness to learn, embrace the organisation’s values and have fun.
