Female Support Worker – Part‑time (10‑15 hrs/week)

About the role
We are seeking a compassionate Female Support Worker to provide part‑time care for a child with complex physical and behavioural needs in their home in Ferryhill. The role offers 10‑15 hours per week across 3‑6 hour shifts.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver full personal care, including incontinence support.
- Assist with community access and daily activities.
- Support the child’s interests in outdoors, swimming, animals, and arts & crafts.
- Follow care plans and ensure safety at all times.
Required profile
- Previous experience supporting children with complex conditions or behavioural difficulties (e.g., brain injury, cerebral palsy, epilepsy).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle with business insurance.
