Female Support Worker – Part‑time Social Care

About the role
We are seeking compassionate female Support Workers to join our West Malling team. You will help adults with learning disabilities, autism and challenging behaviours live independently and enjoy a range of community activities.
Key responsibilities
- Support adults with learning disabilities, autism, epilepsy or physical disabilities in daily living.
- Assist with shopping, cooking, money management and personal care, always respecting dignity.
- Encourage participation in community outings such as swimming, bowling, parks and weekly shops.
- Promote social connections with friends, family and local groups.
- Document care activities and report any concerns to senior staff.
Required profile
- Female, in line with the genuine occupational requirement under the Equality Act 2010.
- Full UK manual driving licence – essential for travelling to support locations.
- Enthusiastic, reliable and able to work part‑time (30‑37.5 hours per week).
- Commitment to person‑centred care and safeguarding standards.
Required skills
- Full UK manual driving licence.
