About the role

Join Voyage Care as a Female Waking Night Support Worker in Hindhead, providing overnight care and support to residents. You will work 24‑hour shifts, helping individuals gain independence and enjoy a vibrant social life.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver personal care and assistance during night hours (7 pm‑7 am or 9 pm‑9 am).
• Teach and reinforce life‑skills, encouraging residents to engage with their local community.
• Organise and participate in social activities, from outings to pubs to video‑gaming sessions.
• Support residents in achieving personal goals such as preparing meals or planning holidays.
• Collaborate with a dynamic team to ensure a safe, welcoming residential environment.

Required profile

• Genuinely caring, hands‑on support worker with a passion for enhancing quality of life.
• Willingness to work night shifts on a rotating rota, including weekends.
• Female candidates (as indicated in the job title).
• Commitment to helping individuals become more independent and confident.
