Fenestration Surveyor

About the role

We are looking for a Fenestration Surveyor to join Anglian Home Improvements in Kent. The role involves carrying out technical surveys for window and door projects, providing accurate measurements and drawings, and ensuring a smooth installation process for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Arrange and conduct customer surveys in line with completion targets.
• Travel within the South East region to take precise measurements and produce drawings.
• Confirm design details with customers, ensuring they understand and are happy with their order.
• Liaise with internal teams to report any discrepancies or changes.
• Enter survey data into the network and order required materials.
• Resolve any issues or changes promptly.

Required profile

• Customer‑focused with excellent communication skills.
• NVQ Level 3 in Surveying or equivalent experience in the window and door industry.
• Experience installing uPVC products.
• Proficient IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to multitask, organise work and solve problems.
• Full, clean driving licence.
