Field Based Compliance and Account Manager

About the role

This permanent, full‑time position involves travelling across the UK to onboard newly won clients. You will act as the trusted point of contact, guiding customers through a regulated onboarding process without sales targets or KPIs.

Key responsibilities

• Visit recently signed clients (typically two 30‑minute meetings per day) to complete onboarding and service sign‑up.
• Verify client identity and ensure all regulatory requirements are met.
• Witness client signatures on legal documents and maintain accurate records.
• Attend regulator‑provided training and complete a Basic DBS check.
• Provide a professional, courteous experience that builds confidence in the service.

Required profile

• Willingness to travel extensively across England and Wales.
• Previous experience in a face‑to‑face sales or client‑facing role.
• Well‑presented, polite, and easy to get along with.
• Reliable, easy‑going personality with a clean driving licence.
• Interest in working within a regulated, professional business‑services environment.
