Field-Based Sales Account Manager – Construction

About the role

As a field‑based Sales Account Manager for Hilti you will drive growth and customer satisfaction across the construction sector in North West London and surrounding areas. You will visit customers daily, positioning solutions that boost productivity, safety and sustainability while building strong, lasting relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Visit customer locations and construction sites each weekday to engage current, new and returning clients.
• Generate leads, build and manage a sales pipeline, and close sales on a daily basis.
• Identify customer pain points and propose tailored, value‑driven solutions.
• Stay up‑to‑date on Hilti products, market trends and competitor activity.
• Collaborate with internal teams using advanced tools and training to maximise sales effectiveness.

Required profile

• Proven customer‑facing sales experience, preferably in construction or a related industry.
• Track record of achieving targets in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently.
• Resilience, adaptability and confidence engaging stakeholders from site operators to senior executives.
• Full, manual UK driving licence with no more than six points.
