Field Care Supervisor – Full‑Time

About the role

We are seeking a Field Care Supervisor to join our team in Poole. In this full‑time position you will be the primary point of contact for both clients and care staff, ensuring high‑quality, safe care is delivered in the community.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out initial care assessments and conduct regular reviews for assigned clients.
• Monitor client wellbeing and safety, promptly addressing any concerns.
• Provide guidance, coaching and regular supervision to care staff.
• Promote an open culture where team members can raise issues and share ideas.
• Uphold safeguarding policies and maintain safety standards.
• Participate in the on‑call rota, including occasional weekend duties.

Required profile

• Proven experience in social care at a supervisory level.
• Well‑organised, self‑motivated and able to work independently.
• Availability to work 40 hours per week, including on‑call duties.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a personal vehicle.
• At least 12 months remaining on right‑to‑work in the UK.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of care assessment and review processes.
• Knowledge of safeguarding and health‑and‑safety standards.
• Effective communication and team‑leadership abilities.
