Field Care Supervisor

About the role

Join Agincare in Worthing as a Field Care Supervisor and lead a team delivering person‑centred care in the community. You will be the main point of contact for clients and staff, ensuring high‑quality support and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day guidance, support and information to allocated clients and care staff.
• Monitor client and staff well‑being through face‑to‑face visits, phone calls and care record checks.
• Carry out assessments and re‑assessments of care needs, updating care plans to remain person‑centred.
• Safeguard clients by managing risk and ensuring appropriate training for staff.
• Conduct regular supervisions and competency reviews with team members.
• Participate in on‑call duties and occasional weekend work.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 months right to work in the UK.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a personal vehicle.
• Demonstrable supervisory experience in the social care sector.
• Well‑organised, self‑motivated and able to work 40 hours per week.
