Field Care Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a Field Care Supervisor to lead a dedicated team delivering specialist support to elderly clients, including those with Alzheimer’s and dementia, across Woking and surrounding areas. This full‑time, Monday‑to‑Friday position offers the chance to make a real difference while progressing within a growing care organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Motivate and coach staff to provide person‑centred care.
• Oversee daily service operations, including rostering, support plans and staff deployment.
• Manage budgets and ensure compliance with legislation and internal policies.
• Conduct introductory live‑in care visits and hand‑overs for new workers.
• Carry out risk and individual needs assessments as part of quality compliance.
• Collaborate with multi‑disciplinary health and social teams to optimise care outcomes.

Required profile

• Empathetic, compassionate and patient approach to care.
• Strong communication and influencing abilities.
• Proven leadership and team‑management experience.
• Effective coaching and mentoring skills.
• Ability to think quickly and see tasks through to successful completion.
