Field Engineer – Refrigeration

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Field Engineer to service, maintain and repair industrial and commercial refrigeration systems across Greater London. You will work on‑site, diagnosing faults, performing repairs and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Service, maintain and repair industrial/commercial refrigeration equipment.
• Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently.
• Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) visits.
• Ensure compliance with F‑Gas and health & safety regulations.
• Complete service reports, timesheets and technical documentation accurately and on time.
• Maintain the highest standards of health & safety on all client sites.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Refrigeration Engineer, preferably field‑based.
• Relevant qualifications such as C&G 2079 and/or F‑Gas certification.
• Strong knowledge of health & safety regulations and compliance best practices.
• Full UK driving licence with willingness to travel to client sites.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Effective time‑management skills to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
