Field Installations Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Field Installations Manager to lead kitchen installation projects across the Birmingham area. You will be responsible for overseeing each installation from handover to completion, ensuring safety, quality, and a superior customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage kitchen installations from initial handover through to final completion.
• Maintain proactive communication with customers throughout the installation journey.
• Support and guide on‑site installers, ensuring compliance with quality and health‑and‑safety standards.
• Recruit, onboard and develop installers, assessing their technical ability and workmanship.
• Plan, schedule and monitor installation activities to meet deadlines and performance targets.
• Conduct site audits to verify workmanship quality and safety compliance.
• Resolve installation issues and customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Perform technical site visits for escalated cases and provide detailed recommendations.

Required profile

• Previous experience in installation management, preferably within the kitchen sector.
• Strong understanding of installation, carpentry and construction practices.
• Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and health‑and‑safety requirements.
• Proven ability to manage projects from planning through to completion.
• Experience assessing, selecting and managing installers.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple installers and projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Willingness to travel across the region.
