Field Manager

About the role

Anglian Home Improvements is seeking a proactive Field Manager to lead its self‑employed installation teams across the North West. You will be the on‑site point of contact, ensuring installations meet our high quality and safety standards while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience in line with Anglian standards.
• Monitor and coordinate 6‑7 installation teams to ensure timely, high‑quality completions.
• Provide coaching and support to develop team performance and skills.
• Resolve customer queries or issues promptly, facilitating smooth account settlement.
• Ensure all installations comply with health and safety regulations.

Required profile

• Solid knowledge of installation processes and best practices.
• Strong on‑site presence and interpersonal skills for customer interaction.
• Previous experience in a similar role within home improvement or construction.
• Excellent organisational abilities with keen attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s licence for regional travel.
