About the role
We are looking for a Field Network Engineer / Installation Engineer to join our Berkshire‑based team. You will install, maintain and commission networking and telecoms equipment for business customers across the South of the UK.
Key responsibilities
- Install, maintain and commission internal and external wireless equipment.
- Work with mobile data routers, network switches and core network devices.
- Deploy and optimise Wi‑Fi, Ethernet, cable, fibre and microwave point‑to‑point links.
- Install and configure Starlink terminals where required.
- Travel to customer sites and collaborate with small project teams.
Required profile
- Experience installing or maintaining networking or telecoms infrastructure in the field, or a solid foundation in IT/hardware installation with a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of small teams.
- Strong motivation to develop technical skills on the job.

What we offer
- Base salary £25,000‑£35,000 per year plus overtime.
