About the role

Join Spectrum Specialist Support to keep London’s skyline safe, smart and striking. As the Field People, Project & Client Operations Lead you will own end‑to‑end project delivery across London and beyond, guiding small specialist teams and ensuring top‑class client service.

Key responsibilities

• Lead small teams of 2‑4 people on façade restoration and specialist cleaning projects.
• Manage project planning, health & safety compliance and on‑site execution.
• Maintain client relationships, handle liaison and ensure client satisfaction.
• Oversee project administration, reporting, and IT‑system usage.
• Drive process improvement, conflict resolution and team performance.

Required profile

• Full UK driving licence (essential).
• Background in office/operations/facilities management, commercial property, building maintenance or site administration.
• Strong experience in administration, reporting, process management and health & safety.
• Proven ability to lead small teams and manage client expectations.
