About the role

Join a fast‑growing renewable‑energy installer as a Field Sales Consultant, focusing on boiler and insulation solutions across East Anglia. You will work with pre‑qualified homeowner appointments, delivering high‑value renewable‑energy proposals that reduce bills and add lasting home value.

Key responsibilities

• Attend a full diary of pre‑booked customer appointments across East Anglia.
• Conduct thorough property surveys to identify the most suitable, cost‑effective solutions.
• Present tailored renewable‑energy recommendations and clear quotations.
• Handle objections, close high‑ticket sales (average deal > £10,000), and follow up outstanding quotes.
• Collaborate with office and technical teams to ensure a seamless journey from survey to installation.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and survey notes.

Required profile

• Proven B2C field‑sales experience selling boilers or insulation.
• Comfortable moving to larger‑ticket sales of £10,000 +.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build trust quickly.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven and comfortable working independently in the field.

Required skills

• CRM (customer relationship management) usage.
