Field Sales Consultant – Boilers/Insulation

About the role

We are partnering with a fast‑growing renewable‑energy installer to add a Field Sales Consultant to its East Anglia team. You will meet pre‑qualified homeowners, conduct property surveys and propose boiler or insulation solutions that cut bills and add lasting value.

Key responsibilities

• Attend a full diary of pre‑booked customer appointments across East Anglia.
• Carry out detailed property surveys to determine the most cost‑effective renewable‑energy solution.
• Build trust with homeowners and present tailored recommendations for boilers, insulation and related products.
• Prepare clear quotations, address objections and close high‑value sales (average deal > £10,000).
• Follow up outstanding quotes, keep the sales pipeline active and ensure a smooth hand‑over to the technical team.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and survey notes.

Required profile

• Proven B2C field‑sales experience selling boilers or insulation.
• Comfortable moving to larger ticket sales of £10,000 +.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills with homeowners.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently in a field‑based environment.

Required skills

• CRM (record‑keeping and pipeline management).
