Field Sales Consultant – Medical & Hazardous Waste Services

About the role

Rentokil Initial is looking for a motivated Field Sales Consultant to join its Leicester branch covering the Midlands. You will work on‑the‑ground, visiting new and existing customers to sell medical and hazardous waste services while managing your own schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Visit and build relationships with both new and existing customers across the Midlands.
• Promote and sell medical and hazardous waste collection and disposal services.
• Generate new business from enquiries, internal leads and cold‑calling.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve client issues on site.
• Maintain accurate records of visits, sales activity and customer information.

Required profile

• Full UK driving licence held for at least two years with no more than six penalty points.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and able to work independently.
• Strong problem‑solving and communication abilities.
• Experience in retail or sales is advantageous.
• Willingness to undergo a DBS check if required.
