Field Sales Executive – Broadband Sales

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Field Sales Executive to join our broadband expansion team in Montrose. You will represent our full‑fibre network, delivering door‑to‑door sales to homes and businesses across rural Scotland.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct door‑to‑door sales visits within your assigned territory.
• Build, manage and convert a pipeline of leads generated from the network rollout.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and OTE.
• Plan daily routes to maximise customer interactions.
• Deliver clear, transparent product information and minimise cancellations.
• Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities based on customer needs.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and sales applications.
• Provide local market insights and competitor observations.

Required profile

• Proven success in customer‑facing, target‑driven sales (field, door‑to‑door, retail, utilities, promotions).
• Resilient, confident and positive mindset.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Commitment to excellent customer service.
• Full UK driving licence with no more than six penalty points.
