Field Sales Executive – Retail & Grocery Brands

About the role

As a Field Sales Executive you will promote and sell a portfolio of market‑leading brands across convenience, independent grocery and modern retail outlets. You will work from a base in Bristol, covering Bath, Cardiff, Newport and surrounding areas, using a blended approach of face‑to‑face, virtual and digital interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Visit stores in the assigned territory to increase product visibility and sales.
• Use the company’s digital app (shopt) to plan visits, capture data and engage customers.
• Grow distribution of SKUs in chillers and promotional space while ensuring correct branding and placement.
• Report all sales activity and data through the CRM system.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store decision‑makers.
• Achieve daily sales and distribution targets using provided POS and marketing tools.

Required profile

• Previous retail or sales experience is desirable.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to drive a caddy‑sized van.
• Self‑motivated with a strong desire to meet targets and earn performance‑based earnings.
• Positive attitude and ability to influence customers.

Required skills

• Proficiency with a CRM system for activity tracking and reporting.
