Field Sales Manager – Hospitality Tech (London)

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Field Sales Manager to lead a high‑performing team of Account Executives delivering SaaS solutions to the hospitality sector across London. This hands‑on leadership position blends strategic oversight with active field involvement, ensuring you work side‑by‑side with your team to win new business.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of field‑based Account Executives.
• Drive a customer‑first sales culture and achieve revenue and new‑business targets.
• Participate in prospecting, walk‑ins, demos and deal closures alongside the team.
• Manage forecasting, pipeline reporting and performance metrics using Salesforce.
• Recruit, onboard and nurture top sales talent.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, Implementation and other internal stakeholders to ensure an excellent customer experience.
• Expand market presence and grow the territory in the London region.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing and coaching field‑based sales teams.
• Strong track record of generating new‑business revenue.
• Background in SaaS, technology or complex solution sales.
• Hands‑on leadership style with a passion for field sales.

• Salesforce for forecasting, pipeline management and performance reporting.
