Field Sales Manager - South Region

About the role
Our client is looking for a proactive Field Sales Manager to lead the commercial development of their product portfolio across the South of the United Kingdom. You will be responsible for building new client relationships, expanding existing accounts and driving revenue growth in the region.
Key responsibilities
- Execute targeted account plans and conduct regular sales walks.
- Proactively identify and engage potential customers within the assigned territory.
- Lead on‑site meetings and visits at client premises to understand needs and present solutions.
- Seek opportunities for complementary selling to increase sales results.
- Perform market analysis and evaluate customer segments to uncover new growth potential.
Required profile
- Proven experience in field sales, preferably within the UK South region.
- Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Commercial mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets.
- Experience analysing market trends and identifying new opportunities.
Required skills
- Electrical components knowledge
