Field Sales Representative (AFH) - Junior

Main Missions

• Manage and grow an existing portfolio of clients, including independent retailers, pubs, bars, restaurants, and cafes.
• Identify and create new business opportunities to expand market presence.
• Act as a category expert in non-alcoholic beverages, promoting brands and solutions aligned with business goals.
• Maintain strong, continuous relationships with customers through regular visits and engagement.
• Utilize digital tools (iPhone/iPad) for sales activities, communication, and real-time reporting.
• Manage product handling and equipment in a fast-paced environment.

Profile Required

• No previous experience required – we provide comprehensive training and all necessary tools.
• Must hold a valid UK driving license (or equivalent).
• Must be eligible to work in the UK and reside within one hour of Middlesbrough.
• Self-motivated individuals capable of managing workloads autonomously.
• Strong ability to prioritize tasks and deliver positive results.
