Field Sales Representative – Bristol, Bath & Wiltshire

About the role

Flatpay is expanding its UK sales team and is looking for a proactive Field Sales Representative to cover Bristol, Bath and the wider Wiltshire area. You will meet local businesses, showcase our payment solutions and grow the customer base.

Key responsibilities

• Attend pre‑booked appointments with local businesses to demonstrate Flatpay's payment solutions and convert opportunities into customers.
• Generate your own pipeline through referrals, networking and local prospecting.
• Understand each merchant's needs and recommend the most suitable solution.
• Deliver and install payment terminals for new customers, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
• Keep CRM records accurate and up to date.
• Build long‑term customer relationships by delivering an excellent customer experience.
• Share customer feedback and market insights with Sales Development, Marketing and Product teams.

Required profile

• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Self‑motivated with the resilience to work towards ambitious goals.
• Organised and confident managing your own territory.
• Customer‑focused with a consultative approach to selling.
• Commercially minded with strong problem‑solving abilities.

What we offer

• Commission‑only role with a guaranteed minimum payment of £60,000–£70,000 OTE.
