Field Sales Representative (Edinburgh)

About the role

As a Field Sales Representative you will be the face of Virgin Media O2 in local Edinburgh communities, introducing customers to broadband, mobile and TV entertainment services. This is a target‑driven, door‑to‑door role where confidence, resilience and motivation are essential.

Key responsibilities

• Visit households within an allocated patch, speaking to customers door‑to‑door.
• Build rapport quickly and understand each customer’s needs.
• Recommend suitable broadband, mobile and TV packages and clearly explain pricing, deals and benefits.
• Manage the sales process from the first conversation through to closing the deal.
• Take ownership of personal targets and earnings.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated and able to work independently.
• Resilient, confident and comfortable with face‑to‑face interaction.
• Willing to live within the designated catchment area.
• Available to work full‑time (37.5 hours per week) typically between 12 pm and 8 pm.
• Target‑driven with a strong desire to achieve results.
