Field Sales Representative

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious Field Sales Representative to join a fast‑growing FMCG business in London. You will own a retail and hospitality patch, building relationships and driving revenue across independent stores to larger formats.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of business development across retail and hospitality customers, from independents to large‑format stores.
• Manage inbound trade enquiries and convert interest into long‑term partnerships.
• Prospect and onboard new retail and wholesale accounts across the UK.
• Support strategic growth initiatives in collaboration with senior leadership.
• Maintain supplier relationships to ensure commercial alignment.
• Plan and manage your own diary and journey plan to maximise time in market.

Required profile

• Proven track record of driving new business within FMCG.
• Experience managing supplier relationships and working with retail customers.
• Energetic, self‑motivated and highly organised.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Passionate about food and sustainability.
• Collaborative mindset with ambition to grow as the company scales.
