Field Sales Representative – Leeds & West Yorkshire

About the role

Flatpay, a fast‑growing European fintech, is expanding its UK sales team. As a Field Sales Representative you will meet local businesses, showcase our transparent card‑payment solutions and help them simplify their payment processes.

Key responsibilities

• Attend pre‑booked appointments with local merchants to demonstrate Flatpay’s payment solutions and convert opportunities into customers.
• Generate your own pipeline through referrals, networking and local prospecting.
• Understand each merchant’s needs and recommend the most suitable solution.
• Deliver and install payment terminals for new customers, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and keep them up to date.
• Build long‑term customer relationships by delivering an excellent customer experience.
• Share customer feedback and market insights with Sales Development, Marketing and Product teams.

Required profile

• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Self‑motivated with resilience to work towards ambitious goals.
• Organised and confident managing your own territory.
• Customer‑focused with a consultative selling approach.
• Commercially minded with strong problem‑solving abilities.

What we offer

• Commission‑only role with a guaranteed minimum payment of £60,000–£70,000 OTE.
