Field Sales Representative – Luton, Milton Keynes & Northampton

Having recently launched in the UK, we are building an ambitious sales team to drive continued growth. Key responsibilities

• Attend pre‑booked appointments with local businesses to demonstrate Flatpay’s payment solutions and convert opportunities into customers.
• Generate your own pipeline through referrals, networking and local prospecting.
• Understand each merchant’s needs and recommend the most suitable solution.
• Deliver and install payment terminals for new customers, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and share customer feedback with Sales Development, Marketing and Product teams.

Required profile

• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Self‑motivated with resilience to work towards ambitious goals.
• Organised and confident managing your own territory.
• Customer‑focused with a consultative selling approach.
• Commercially minded with strong problem‑solving abilities.

What we offer

• Commission‑only role with a guaranteed minimum payment of £60,000–£70,000 OTE.
• Uncapped commission and mileage reimbursement at 45p per mile.
