Field Sales Representative – Manchester

About the role

As a Field Sales Representative you will be responsible for achieving sales targets within an existing portfolio of independent convenience stores, pubs, bars, restaurants and cafés across Manchester. You will build strong relationships, identify new business opportunities and become an expert in the soft‑drinks category while using data‑driven insights to support your activities.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and grow relationships with outlet owners, managers and decision‑makers.
• Promote Coca‑Cola brands and solutions using market data and insights.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Report sales performance and market feedback to the Field Sales Manager.
• Handle product and equipment manually at point of sale.
• Plan and manage your own schedule to meet sales targets.

Required profile

• Valid UK driving licence and eligibility to work in the UK.
• Residence within a 60‑minute commute to Manchester city centre.
• Team‑oriented, active and comfortable in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment.
• Strong influencing, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to independently manage workload while meeting key targets.

Required skills

• Proficiency with iPhone and iPad for sales activities, reporting and communication.
• Comfort using digital technologies and data‑driven tools.
• Basic manual handling of products and equipment.
