Field Sales Representative – Red Bull Grocery (Bristol South)

About the role

As a Field Sales Representative for the Red Bull Grocery portfolio, you will manage a defined territory in Bristol South, representing one of the world’s most recognisable brands. Working on behalf of Acosta Europe, you will be on the front line in retail stores, building relationships and driving product availability and sales.

Key responsibilities

• Own relationships with key in‑store decision makers and influence range, availability and promotional execution.
• Secure prime shelf space, secondary displays and win extra shelf space for Red Bull products.
• Execute high‑impact merchandising, brand activations and visual displays.
• Use data and market insight to prioritise high‑value stores and plan visits.
• Identify gaps, resolve issues and maximise the outcome of each store visit.
• Accurately report activity, sales data and market feedback.
• Compete internally to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Required profile

• Natural influencer with strong commercial instincts.
• Target‑driven, competitive and resilient.
• Confident communicating with store staff and managers.
• Organised, self‑motivated and comfortable working independently.
• Full UK manual driving licence.
• Retail, FMCG or field sales experience is a plus but not mandatory.
