Field Sales Representative – South East England

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Field Sales Representative to manage and grow an established territory across Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire, Greater London, Hampshire, Oxfordshire and Surrey. You will work directly with retailers, independent stores and forecourts, delivering high‑quality products and building lasting customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop an existing customer base within the assigned territory.
• Identify and win new business opportunities.
• Visit customers regularly to strengthen relationships and ensure product availability.
• Achieve sales targets and maximise account performance.
• Maintain merchandising standards and monitor stock levels.
• Track market trends and competitor activity.
• Keep accurate customer records and produce sales reports.

Required profile

• Previous field sales or customer‑facing sales experience.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Proactive, target‑driven attitude.
• Good organisational and IT skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
