Field Service Engineer – Aesthetic Machinery

About the role

We are seeking a Field Service Engineer to join a fast‑growing company specialising in aesthetic machinery. The successful candidate will service, repair and diagnose faults on a range of aesthetic equipment across a national patch, working Monday‑Friday from 9 am to 5 pm.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine servicing and preventive maintenance on aesthetic devices.
• Diagnose and repair faults, ensuring equipment is returned to full operational status.
• Provide on‑site technical support to customers throughout the national coverage area.
• Document service activities and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to suggest improvements and report recurring issues.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer working with aesthetic machinery.
• Ability to work independently while covering a national patch.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Valid UK driving licence and willingness to use a company van for work and personal use.

• Hands‑on experience servicing and repairing aesthetic equipment.
• Fault diagnosis and troubleshooting of mechanical and electronic components.
