Field Service Engineer – Audio Visual & LED

About the role

Join one of the UK’s largest digital signage suppliers as a Field Service Engineer, working on audio‑visual and LED projects across the North of England and Scotland. You will receive extensive on‑the‑job electrical training and have a clear pathway to a Senior Engineer role.

Key responsibilities

• Install digital signage and LED displays at client sites throughout the UK.
• Diagnose faults, replace defective components and perform routine maintenance.
• Travel to various locations, including overnight stays when required.
• Collaborate with a lead engineer, following their guidance and support.
• Work a standard 40‑hour week with optional overtime to boost earnings.

Required profile

• Experience as a Field Service Engineer or in a similar audio‑visual/LED role.
• Willingness to travel across the North of England and parts of Scotland.
• Ability to work Monday‑to‑Friday, 40 hours, with flexibility for overtime.
• Commitment to ongoing training and professional development.

• Audio‑visual system installation and maintenance.
• LED display installation and troubleshooting.
• Digital signage setup and configuration.

• EPOS integration knowledge.
• Basic electrical troubleshooting and safety compliance.
