Field Service Engineer – Coffee & Beverage Equipment

About the role

Liquidline is seeking a self‑driven Field Service Engineer to join its fast‑growing commercial coffee solutions team. You will work on‑site at client premises across South East England, delivering top‑class installation, maintenance and repair of coffee machines and related beverage equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Install, service and maintain coffee machines, water coolers, juice dispensers and boiler systems.
• Diagnose faults, perform repairs and carry out preventative maintenance tasks.
• Train customers on equipment use and provide clear post‑service briefings.
• Complete online job sheets, timesheets and documentation before leaving each site.
• Manage spare‑part inventory via the Eagle App, ensuring parts are invoiced and stock is replenished.
• Maintain tools, equipment and company vehicle in good working order and report any issues.
• Adhere to health and safety procedures at all times.
