Field Service Engineer (Compressed Air / Pneumatics)

About the role

We are looking for a Field Service Engineer specialised in compressed air and pneumatic systems to join a well‑established engineering supplier serving customers across the North East. You will be responsible for servicing, maintaining and repairing compressed air equipment on a variety of customer sites, ensuring reliability and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out routine servicing, inspections and preventative maintenance on compressors, air dryers and related pneumatic equipment.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and pneumatic faults, both reactive and planned.
• Perform equipment repairs, upgrades and system improvements to maintain optimal performance.
• Travel across the North East region, from Yorkshire to the Scottish Borders, visiting customer sites.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer.
• Background maintaining compressed air systems.
• Full UK driving licence.
