Field Service Engineer – Compressors

About the role

We are looking for a Field Service Engineer to join a leading manufacturer of compressed air and pneumatic equipment. The role involves travelling across the UK to service, maintain and install compressors, nitrogen generators and related plant. Full training and on‑the‑job mentorship are provided.

Key responsibilities

• Service, maintain and install compressors, nitrogen generation and filtration systems.
• Diagnose faults and carry out repairs on refrigeration, pipework and vacuum equipment.
• Respond to on‑call duties and overtime as required.
• Travel to customer sites across the UK, covering a nationwide patch.
• Complete service reports and maintain accurate records.

Required profile

• Existing experience as a Field Service Engineer or similar.
• Background in compressed air, pneumatic or related systems.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
• Ability to work independently and follow health & safety procedures.

What we offer

• Salary £45,000‑£50,000 per year.
