Field Service Engineer – Forklift Trucks (Woking)

About the role

Join a fast‑growing materials handling company as a Field Service Engineer, servicing and repairing forklift trucks across a localised patch centred on Woking and the M4 corridor. You will work independently on‑site, delivering first‑time fixes and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Service, maintain and repair a range of forklift trucks and associated handling equipment.
• Diagnose faults in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and electronic systems.
• Respond to breakdown calls and carry out planned preventative maintenance.
• Work closely with customers to minimise equipment downtime.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Field Service Engineer, Plant Engineer, or Mobile Technician working on forklift trucks or similar equipment.
• Ability to work independently in the field and manage a local patch.
• Full UK driving licence.
